2022 has come to an end - and what a year it has been. A lot has happened this year, some unexpected, and some comfort in the familiar. I’d like to share a quick story about those familiar comforts, then look on to the future.
Just this fall, our half-decade-old office sourdough starter (lovingly named Igor) made its first loaf of bread for members of the DE team after 2 years of dormancy.
