Nintendo Switch Tenno who receive TennoGen Prex Card Drops while watching Warframe live streams in the Twitch Directory will receive a broken inbox message in-game. Prex Card Drops sent to Nintendo Switch inboxes before the Heart of Deimos update will not populate in-game before or after launch.

Our Support Team is here to help! If you’re a Nintendo Switch Tenno who receives a broken inbox message, please make a ticket with our Support Team. They will send the Prex Card Drop to your account manually after the Heart of Deimos update has shipped!

This Drops issue should be fixed as soon as Heart of Deimos launches! We’ll continue to keep Nintenno updated about the launch in the Heart of Deimos: Update 29 Status forum thread.

This pre-update Drops issue requires a manual fix! That fix will be possible once the missing items arrive on Nintendo Switch with the Heart of Deimos update. Our Support Team is standing by to issue that manual fix for Nintenno who make a ticket about the broken Twitch Drop inbox messages they receive before the Heart of Deimos update launches.

The category would be Account -> Twitch Drops but if you sent your ticket to a different category, don't worry! Support will redirect your ticket to the person who can help.

er...yeah....um, i seem to have them all, even from the mail that i opened before so...no support needed i guess?
