Thank you, incredible decorators! It wasn't easy for the community team and Cion to finalize the winner order, because there were so many unique design styles among the submissions. A combination of classic statuesque builds and futuristic shadow art characterized this contest round.

Every month, a new set of Dojos appears on the Star Chart for all Tenno to visit! The Warframe team selects these Dojos based on designs shared in this quarterly event. Share your Dojo with us and it could be next to receive a place of honor on the Star Chart!

It was a delight to showcase stellar Clan Dojos during TennoCon last year. This year, we look forward to more in the TennoCon 2022 Dojo Showcase!

This year’s Dojos will be incorporated into the Community Art Show. [DE]Helen will host, guiding TennoCon viewers through 10 beautiful Dojos in a series of 2-minute tours.

All past Featured Dojo Contest and Star Chart Dojo Showcase winners are eligible to submit their Dojo for consideration. Either the Founding Warlord or the Architect who submitted a winning Dojo will receive an in-game inbox message from the Warframe Community Team between today and Friday, May 13. That inbox message will contain all the details your Clan needs to submit.

Spring 2022 Featured Dojo Contest winners will also be eligible. The contest runs May 6 - 19 with winners announced Thursday, May 26. Those winners will receive an inbox message on Friday, May 27!

Eligible Clans have until 11:59 PM ET on June 16, 2022 to submit their Dojos.

Warframe’s Dojo decorators have been troubled by lighting and texture bugs, and we want to update you about what our QA team has discovered with the help of your reports.

First, thank you for your screenshots and for directing us to specific builds in your Dojos. Without those details, we wouldn’t have been able to discover what was wrong.

At this point, we know the cause of each bug. Unfortunately, the fixes aren’t easy. I’ll explain in detail below, bug by bug.

The Polychrome of the room in which a player stands seems to bleed into the adjacent room when the player looks at that room through an open door.

The mechanics of this bug are the same as a bug that affected Operator hair darkness some time ago.

Lighting variance of this nature happens when camera position determines lighting. We were able to change that logic for Operator hair, but if we applied the same fix to Dojos, all of Warframe’s performance would take a significant hit.

We hear you, fine decorators. After The New War, the design team will look into (maybe) increasing decoration scaling range. We can’t promise anything at this point, but we’ll discuss in the new year!

With another hotfix on tomorrow’s horizon, the team plans to put more Dojo bugs to rest. Here’s the fix status of each bug:

• Personal Decorations scaling: Fixes ongoing as we focus on particular decorations, like Steel Path trophies and their glow reaction.
• Dojo Decorations scaling: Fixed in last Friday’s reset ✅
• Arrival Gate issue: Fix coming in tomorrow’s hotfix ✅
• Polychrome lighting bleeds: We’ve reproduced the issue on the developer build, which means we’re closer to identifying the cause. Once we know the cause, we’ll have a lead to pursue a fix.
• Polychrome Research pause missing: Fix coming in tomorrow’s hotfix ✅
• Heavy shadows (especially on Switch): We suspect this issue is related to enhanced vs. unenhanced graphics. We’re pursuing a fix with this lead in mind.

Friday’s fix addressed scaling logic, so some of your decorations might have changed scale. Only decorations adjusted after the update and before the hotfix were affected. Y...

Dojo decorators, please do not change the scale of your decorations until we launch a potential fix tomorrow. We’re aware of issues affecting decorations after today’s update.

Scaling Issues:

• Some personal decorations don’t maintain custom scaling. Examples: Argon Crystals, Nano Spores, Neurodes, Rubedo
• Some dojo decorations were affected in unforeseen ways when we adjusted scaling for personal decorations. Examples: Infested Feeler Husk, Entrati Wall Tall (2m)

Arrival Gate Issue:

• In rooms with a lot of decorations, the Arrival Gate loads late, which causes Tenno to spawn below the Arrival Gate.

Solutions:

• We’re working on a fix that will make all personal decorations scaleable, as intended.
• The fix for dojo decorations will restore decorations to their original functionality, which could alter the sizes of decorations scaled after today’s update. Please do not make scaling changes until tomorrow's fix is live.

We've definitely had conversations about this! I don't have anything official to share yet, but we see room for improvement when it comes to reconstructing Dojo layouts.

This function is built into the Clan Vault! Check "Auto Contribute From Vault" and Resources in your Vault will automatically be contributed to every Decoration you place as you decorate. Screenshot attached! 👇
