Eternal Quintessence should also be available once the update goes live at 3.

I’m juggling a few things as we get closer to the release time, but I’ll see if I can get a confirmation on those.
Just to confirm, the Healing Enchant to Bracers formula, Corehound Belt, and Nightfall are all also going live with Blackwing Lair. Don Rodrigo’s ring is later.
Patch notes should be viewable in the launcher.

I asked on our end and it should be available on a select few trainers in the capital cities. If you’re not seeing that, you may want to give more feedback in the bug forums, so that it can be looked into.
