Yup still can’t get spectre skin from tier 5

Most people should be earning new content correctly now (when you finish a game you should get what you earned in that game). We're working on fixing it so that any content you earned previously but didn't get due to the bug is granted to you as soon as possible

Unfortunately this issue is complicated, but it's top priority for the team today (as it also was yesterday & when it first popped up in the middle of the previous night).

My 35 shields quest is still resetting too... can't even start weekly challenges

We have a fix for that one in testing now & should be deploying soon.

just a quick update:

they fixed the bug where you don't get rewards , but they didn't give back the bugged tiers. which means that everything that you've unlocked when the bug was in the game is gone until riot patches this out

Sorry about this - we're working on it. Like I said in the other response, this is our top priority but it's a little complicated. We'll get you your rewards - thanks for your patience.

You don't - the team say they have a good path to identifying anyone affected. Again, it's pretty complicated but we'll get you your content.

If you see that the fix was deployed & people got their missed content but you still didn't, that's when I'd make a support ticket.

I made a post about this but I doubt it will get seen cause of how many new posts there are here. So I'll hijack this top comment in a thread that is being seen;

Todays patch seems to have made things worse for me, not better.

Here is a look at my chapter 1 unlocks;

• Red boxes indicate things that haven't unlocked properly
• Green are things that have unlocked properly
• Orange line indicates which levels were completed before/after the patch.

What's worse is that my free agent unlocks seem to be completely broken. Look at this image.

You can see here that I've only used 1 of my 2 free unlocks, but the game thinks that I've used both (presumably because my second unlocked properly where my first did not). So now I also have the option to 'activate contract' on agents, but my second free unlock is missing/unavailable. Since using one of these gives you your first 5 levels free, I don't want to just jump on trying to unlock a character through grinding, only to lose that XP at a later date.

Has anyone else had a similar experience? As I've shown, it seems totally random, with me getting and not-getting items from both the free and premium upgrade paths, rather than it just being battlepass or free items that are broken. Interested to see others experiences with this.

Thanks for the additional info. This & the free agent unlocks should be fixed by the work the team is currently focusing on. We'll get you your content, but it'll take a little more time since the issue is pretty complicated.

Missions including weeklies are still glitching. At this point it is becoming fucking annoying (excuse my rant) i should have all the weeklies done and dusted. Its really starting to hack me off if I am honest. This was working in the Beta - why have we gone backwards?

Yeah this was a weird condition that already existed in CB but didn't come to light until we added weekly missions for live. Appreciate your frustration though - I got hit with it myself for the new player missions and haven't been able to progress on one of them.

Status update: The fix was validated on staging and should be live soon as it makes it through the build process that I don't totally understand if I'm honest. (TLDR fix live very soon)

I'm so glad to see you guys actually working on fixes. It's so frustrating that I unlocked pretty much anything from the first chapter in the BP but only got the second tier...

Also... are we going to keep the two extra lucky cat gunbuddies?

Still having a repeated issue with weeklys resetting progress after joining a game. Very frustrating since I am less than 500 damage from the 25k one.

Should be working now - fix went live 11pm PST for NA and earlier in Asia/EU

I’m sorry I can’t give you an exact timeline till we’re confident it’s fixed. This is complicated, but it’s our top priority. FWIW it took most of the night & a morning to fix the forward facing progress, but back granting has a few more steps & systems involved

Any update on on the BP unlocks that that were completed and not rewarded yet?

We’re still working on it. I can’t give you an exact ETA I’m afraid. As of this morning we feel good about the core code of the fix, next we need to finish the validation code, deploy it, then get the list of all affected players, apply the fix, then deploy the fixes to the different environments around the world.

So it’s definitely not going to be 1 hour, but I’m hopeful it’s less than 24 hours.
