Got fixes for EMP flashback, got fixes for smoke opaqueness, got fixes for generators not staying destroyed, got fixes for all sorts of stuff. Hotfix slated for later this week. #planetside2

@monkeybolo4231 @psnicto Nanoweave affects NMG and Adrenaline Shield, but it's not x1.2, because 20% bullet resistance isn't the same as 20% more health. Example: Gauss Saw = 200 damage per bullet. 1200 health = 6 shots to kill. 0.8 x 200 = 160 dmg (20% resist), so 1000 health = 6.25 shots to kill.
