I will bring this up with the team, as this upsets me greatly.
The Throne of Eldraine update begins at 8am PT, and the set will be available when the update has finished.
If the TwitchCon sleeve would have been the Preorder sleeve, and vice versa, a subset of people would have been upset about that. It just comes down to personal preference.
The TwitchCon sleeve will be available in the TwitchCon grab bags, and it actually consists of FOUR codes... One for the attendee, and three for their friends. So if you know anyone going to TwitchCon you can snag one!

Thanks for the quick reply even if it makes me feel even dumber. Darn it cat, can't you purr louder?
It's all good! Everyone starts somewhere, and we're all here to help.

@CommiePuddin:@Harpo86:more feedback? Hundreds of people are in weeks sending feedback through official channels, reedit, and even here. It's not a one-off problem, most people are suffering from lag and constant slowness.how about fixing the game that is not working for so many, you want people to play right!?That's a constant thing. Give actionable feedback if you want something fixed.
Unfortunately when people post "my game is lagging", it doesn't really give us the info we need to tackle it. If you're running into a bug please report it on our bug forum with as much detail as you can! For example game logs and "I did X to X card, and when my opponent did X, X happened. I was using X cards. Here is any other relevant info I have like computer specs." Letting us know exactly what happened helps us a LOT (performance issues are very hard to test/reproduce).
The more data we have, the better.
P.S. If you have already reported a performance i...

I submitted a ticket and just got a useless form letter telling me to message back if the issue wasn't resolved by the 17th. My original message was sent this morning and the form letter was sent 2 hours later. Swinging support tickets with useless form letters is insulting, so it's no wonder that the customers you're doing that to are hurling some back.
You can be upset without insulting people. We have been posting regular updates on the status page (which feeds to our Twitter account as well). As of now, restart your client, and things should be back to normal! :slightly_smiling_face:
Someone WILL respond to your support ticket, but it will not be an instant reply. As you can imagine our support team has a lot of tickets to go through right now. Please give them a while to reply as tickets are answered in they order they are received.

@WotC_Lexie:It should be in Player Support. https://forums.mtgarena.com/forums/threads/58489Could we have the most recent .msi always put up on the forums without us needing to ask for it? Each patch I need to get hold of the .msi file to update (not Windows), so having a place I can go each patch to get it would be nice without having to try and reverse engineer the version number in the hope I can figure out the url.
It was updated after the update, today.

This forum is strange, I've written 3 messages and this one is the only one which I can see, anyway, I had to add a comment because it was flagged as solved as soon as I submitted it.
I think you're submitting it as a bug, instead of General. Please submit your support request via that option so support can contact you directly.

Probably another post somewhere about this (I hope) but how about just putting Amonkhet into the mix? Dev is done already. I understand (or not) Kaladesh has a lot of broken cards and a very unique mechanic so they don't want to risk it... "Best" case scenario; Just ban some cards like they always do..
But Amonkhet was very fun and now we have even more answers for the stronger cards. More cards to get, more opportunities etc... I don't get it...
Unfortunately dev work isn't done for those sets anymore. They were in the game at one point, but due to so many things changing in game, the team would have to completely redo them. Then they'd have to go through testing (with additional testing this time because more cards).
I miss Amonkhet and Hour of Devastation as much as everyone else but that won't be happening any time soon. I would absolutely LOVE to get Anointed Procession and Panharmonicon back. :disappointed:

I've had to report players in the past, and the amount of effort needed to do it makes it just so unappealing....
That is something we'd love to implement in the future, but for right now, this is the system we are using. Sorry for the inconvenience!

Hey Lexie, this above is a little more to the story about why a number of people don't bother to report bugs. It is also a bit head-scratchy that even if it's multiple people with potato computers complaining (small portion of a large player base), then why were there no issues 6 months ago playing the same game on the same potatoes. The potatoes are the same, but the game isn't. So maybe the cause of the performance issues is on the MTG:A end... Seems reasonable too, in light of the fact the game seems to take up more space in RAM as the months go by.
Reporting a bug doesn't mean that we can immediately solve it, unfortunately. I wish that were possible! What it DOES do is help us collect data, look at possible patterns or trends, and implement a solution where we're able.
I don't know why they weren't experiencing issues before, but are now. That is for the devs to look into with all of the greatly appreciated data people provide via said bug reports.

@Jawney#19637:Read more@sindrake#12632:How are you in game I can't find an update or Installer anywhere!! now i feel like my money was waist...yeah I wish, there are some decks that smash me so quick I just want to rematch to see if the shuffler was just on their side or what. At the very least discuss decks to find out what else they had in that puppy. Random is fun but sometimes I want to rematch to see what my deck needs to be altered. And as for the random one game one person thing with not chatting at all, you get a lot of Hey his deck was specifically made to go against a concept i just built, and we could chat on how ironic that the random opponent finder would fit certain decks against each other.I just had the most fun in a game I think I've ever had. Just wanted to message him to say I had a lot of fun that game. Our decks were very similar (not a pre made deck) and it was very evenly matched. A lot of back and forth, really good turns for both of us.
Unfortunately there is not, sorry!
