Hey there! I just wanted to reach out and say that in the case where dinos are replaced, evidence of their existence and loss is required by Customer Support. They are quite thorough about this process which is why the ticket process can at times be a lengthy one.

Yes indeed, I believe Nitrado rolled out the update later than our official servers if that is your unofficial host. As long as your PS4 and your server are 535.10 it should be good to go!
If you're not playing on official, make sure your unofficial server is up-to-date.

Unfortunately every time we had new functionality (land flyers whistle) it likes to reset the other bindings. I'm sorry about that!
Can you please reconsider giving players more than one mindwipe per level? It's really an unnecessary nerf to the game that punishes people with smaller friend groups (or who are solo), for no real benefit to the overall health of the game. Even with the mindwipe you'll give me as a solo player, I can't use it to try out the new structures because I won't be able to spec out of it if I don't like using them, so I'll be stuck with a bunch of engrams that I don't need. And if they do turn out to be useful after a few weeks of people playing around with them, I can't mindwipe to learn them.

It was removed because with cryopods it doesn’t really serve much purpose anymore, and it makes thing easier on our enforcement team/CS team.
I appreciate that many of you have noticed a positive change in the team as of late! We're definitely changing things up and doing our best to listen to the community. Working with ChrisW and Colin over the last year has been a great experience.
I do want to address something though. I have immense respect and admiration for Jat, Jesse, and Jeremy (we sure do have a lot of J names don't we?). I worked very closely on a team with Jeremy and Jat in particular for two/three solid years and they are without a doubt the hardest working people I know. I'm not even sure how they manage to do it all, I'm pretty convinced they're not human.
I can understand that not every decision, direction, or change made to ARK during that time may have been one that you agreed with. But the entire Wildcard team as it was before ATLAS was responsible for building ARK as you know it from the ground up, and that happened as a brand new game studio out of someone's house. There was a miscommunication on our part, I can make this more clear on the forums when I’m back in Canada. We did clarify in stream that the old kibble inherits the new values, which does not necessarily mean its for the same creature but of the new appropriate kibble tier.
As u/laurencei mentioned we did remove this feature, but apparently forgot to remove the text for it. We'll make sure that gets tidied up.
