What happens to the unfortunate fools like myself that ran the hard Rag before knowing it didn't unlock anything? I don't have an island server and certainly don't have time to find one and get all the requirements to unlock engrams I rightfully earned.
We're spreading them out - then you can run the rag boss again.

They respawn if we detect that they're stuck to try and resolve the straggler issue - looks like it could be a false positive.
We're aware of this - working on it.
