Hello @UrbanChaos . I do apologize for the frustration that these issues currently affecting The Division 2 are causing. Tech issues have delayed Season 11 and ended Season 10 – we apologize. Season 10 Pass rewards have finished and seasonal in-game purchases have been paused. While we work on a fix, you’ll see error messages in place of seasonal content. To try and ease these crashes you're experiencing, however, I do recommend running through the steps we have outlined here in our Basic Troubleshooting guide for PC.

I also noticed that there was a duplicate thread for these issues and your feedback. This could be seen as Spam as per our Forum Rules, so I have gone ahead and deleted that duplicate thread. I'll be more than happy to continue assisting you here, however.

I've gone ahead and moved your thread to the Player Support area of our Discussions so that we can provide support a little quicker to you. There is one thing I'd like to suggest trying, if you haven't already. To see if they help with any of these issues, would you go ahead and give these basic troubleshooting steps for the PlayStation 4 a try? Would you also confirm for me whether these issues occur every single time you play, or if it's just random?

@kujaslover Hey there! This automatic change in leadership is intended behavior, and the limit for being in active is actually 2 months, or 60 days, not 90. I do apologize for any confusion on that part! The system checks the activity of other clan members to determine an appropriate replacement for the leader in his time of absence and will assign the role to this member automatically. However, old leaders should still be able to communicate with current leaders and members to possibly get that position back. Are your friend and boyfriend unable to interact at all with the Clan itself or with you?

Hello everyone. When the game freezes or crashes on you, do any of you get any specific error codes or messages? Or does the game just crash right back to the main menu with no messages at all?

If you guys haven't already, I do recommend running through these basic steps for PC to see if they help with resolving this issue. If they don't, the next step to getting this resolved would be to gather your MsInfo and DxDiag files and submitting them on a ticket through our support site. This will allow us to get a better look at what's going on with your system and what could be affecting the game. Verifying your game files is also a good step to try as well! I can confirm that it is capped at 60FPS on the Xbox Series X. It does also support HDR!

I can understand the frustration, but rest assured that every report is taken seriously and is individually investigated. However, there's nothing else we can share about these investigations, and I do apologize for that.

Are you receiving any specific error codes when this happens? You also mention this happens during moments of action. Is there a pattern to it, or is it random?

I do apologize for the frustration, but I do highly recommend still running through those steps for those errors you're getting. Screenshots of these errors would also be much appreciated, especially if these steps don't help.

Thanks for confirming that for me! At this point, I recommend opening a ticket with us on our Support Site. That way, we can verify your account ownership and we can look into possibly moving the game to the correct account.

Hey there @Daniexus . Thanks for reaching out about this! If your friend has multiple versions of the same game installed on their PC, it can cause issues. This is especially true if one version of the game comes from us, and one comes from Steam or Epic. Just to clarify a bit further, would both versions of the game come directly from our Store?

@tuskedgazelle01 Hey there! You should be able to have access to all of those DLC weapons and items if they aren't mission specific. Otherwise, you'll need to re-do the missions. Would you confirm for me when exactly your character appeared to be deleted, however?

Hello @lolol934 . I'm sorry to hear that this has happened, especially on hardcore characters! Thank you as well for that video clip as well. Just to clarify further, after you got out of the cutscene your character died from the gunshots inflicted during the cutscene that was playing? Or were there still two Keeners and that's how you died? Have you noticed of this also happens when not playing a hardcore character?

Okay. Thanks for letting me know that this didn't work. Would you also try uninstalling and reinstalling the game as well, if you haven't already?

If all of the steps as outlined by @Ubi-Gizmo aren't working to resolves, I do highly recommend gathering your system files, such as MsInfo and DxDiag files, so that they can be submitted via a ticket on our Support Site. This will give us a lot of information on what could be causing these issues. It will also help to determine if this is caused by a server-side issue as well.
