It is not Vulkan.

Have you tried Vulkan? If not I'd recommend that.

When i change to my aspect ratio from 16:9 to 4:3, the game crash after 30 minutes in game.

Is this in the Vulkan or DX11 version of the game?

If you're looking for a team you can find the R6 discord here, hopefully that'll let you stack up with similar MMR players to grind things out!

I recommend several things - Getting as much map knowledge as possible, stacking up with folks consistently, and learning effective communication and call-out techniques.
