My battle pass progression tab isn't loading and I can't claim my rewards, does anybody have the same problem?

Bought 2 lots of 1200R6 Credits an hour apart and still not received any, been over 3 hours now.

It's taking a bit longer to process than usual for most everyone. If it doesnt show up in 24 hours send in a ticket to support please :D

If we purchase premium after progressing a few tiers of the free pass, I assume we will retroactively receive the premium content from the early tiers?

Hey there's been a large influx of purchase requests and so processing is taking a bit longer than usual. Restart or wait 30 minutes and see if they show up.

Status: (Target:TBD) We will be working internally to firstly improve on the UI's feedback to players on the status of their Battle Pass status. A more complete fix will take longer and we'll update this page when we have a better estimate.

What about the Goyo bug where the canister can still be sitting there blocking bullets after the shield has been destroyed?

Update on the Clash Exploit:

The Clash exploit will be fixed with the 4.2 patch and she will be re-enabled at that time. More news on the Y4S4.2 patch will be provided later.
