I am sorry to see that you were experiencing graphical issues with Eivor disappearing from your screen during cutscenes and other dialogue scenes. It is much appreciated that you took the time to attach an image so that we could understand how the scenes look in-game with this issue in action!

If possible, could you and @Czalle please both confirm for me whether this issue still persists in the latest game version (TU 1.3.0)? Can you also let me know if you recall any specific quests or world events where this behaviour was occurring, and if it was consistent, or just occasional behaviour?

I hope that since completing the opening sequences of Assassin's Creed Valhalla, you were able to access the settings menu and adjust your brightness / contrast to how you like it - but if not, and you are still having any issues with this at the present time, could you please confirm the platform you are playing on, and if you have performed any troubleshooting steps to try and address the issue? If on PC, can you please specify your system specifications and the type of display device you are using (i.e. a monitor or TV, and what brand / model).

Hey @jakl201 - thank you for reporting this issue to us with regard to Zealots not hunting you down as expected. I can see from your video that you neglected to burn the scroll, so they should hunt you, but the Zealot you approached did not respond to this change.

Can you provide another clip showing another Zealot being similarly unresponsive in a different play session? You've also advised that they may be more reactive if raiding a monastery; is this reproducible each time if they are nearby, or is this a behaviour you noticed in a singular instance?

Hello everyone,

This issue with Eivor spawning in drunk should now be resolved due to the Yule Festival having ended, which the bug was discovered to be tied to.
If you are still loading in drunk, or experiencing drunk effects in-game when not having drunk any ale or participated in a drinking game, please provide a video demonstrating this along with the platform you play on so that I can open an investigation separate to the one for the Yule Festival. It would be helpful to know if you have completed a quest where drinking is required recently as well, such as "Heavy is the Head" involving Ivarr mentioned by @WrightWayUp.

Could you please provide an image or video clip to illustrate the exact issue that you are having? You've mentioned that it is a texture problem; does the cloak just not look right in terms of its appearance, or is there a further issue, such as the cloak clipping into / through Eivor?
You've also mentioned encountering the issue with being unable to gallop on your horse due to having Heidrun Slam equipped. You can resolve this issue temporarily by unequipping the skill in the skill tree, but rest assured that a fix is being worked on and is scheduled to be released in a future update. Have you tried out "List View" when browsing Discussions, as this compacts the thread cards down and allows you to see more threads on-screen at once when navigating? You can enable this from the right-hand meatball menu (...) and sliding the "List View" slider to "on". Let me know if this helps?

A session time-out will occur after you have been inactive for a while, but should definitely not be as rapid as ten minutes or less. Can you please advise me of whether this is a persistent issue you are still encountering at the moment? If so, which browser are you using, and what version number is it updated to please? I raised an issue previously regarding frequent log outs / timeouts so I'll need to check if this is reoccurring.

Just to confirm, if using Odin's Sight, is it the soldiers you have shown in your image that are highlighted as your objective? Additionally, have you at all tried reloading a previous save, to see whether you are able to progress with the objective after reaching the same point again?
If you are able to provide one, a video showing that you are unable to interact with the soldiers and that you are in the correct place would be much appreciated. It is much appreciated that you were so proactive in providing a video of the issue already, as this has enabled me to immediately open an investigation with the developers and provide both that video and your latest cloud save file to them for further review.
