sadly i was not able to get the bug where the hive does not revive me while beeing on the ground. I tried everything but its just like always, if you record it, it will not happen.

Hey, welcome to the forums! You should have received a pre-order code from your retailer which can be redeemed via the redemption portal.
Once you have completed the redemption process you should have access to your content in-game via the Stash in the Mailbox tab. You will be able to move them to your inventory via the Move to Inventory option. Read more

Sorry you've not received a response from the support team. They are extremely busy during game launches and sometimes can't answer tickets as quickly as they'd like to. Have you tried contacting by live chat?
