When Chucklefish decided to take a shot at developing a traditional turn-based strategy game it was a difficult decision to make. Was launching a game like Wargroove viable in 2019? Would there be an audience? Ultimately we decided to move ahead with the project because it was a game we wanted to play, it needed to exist. Wargroove was a game for us.

A year later and we’ve not only found that there is an audience, but a community. We feel incredibly humbled at how passionate, kind and talented a community has emerged.
