Hey christian, let's try to check your game installation to make sure that there are no corrupted files causing the problem. To do this:
  1. Right-click on the game in your Steam Library, choose Properties, switch to the Installed Files tab and press Verify integrity of game files...
  2. Attempt to run the game to see if the issue is resolved
If the issue persists, if you could please send us your DxDiag information that would be super helpful for us to take a closer look. Here’s how you can do it:
  1. Press the Windows Key + R to open the Run dialog.
  2. Type in dxdiag and hit OK.
  3. Click on Save All Information.
  4. Choose “Text File (*.txt)” as the Save as type.
  5. Save the DxDiag.txt file to your Desktop so it’s easy to find.

Let's try to check your game installation to make sure that there are no corrupted files causing the problem. To do this:

To best assist you, can you please tell us if you can't find any compatible server at all or if you can see the list of servers but not join them? Please give us more details about this issue you are experiencing.
In the meantime, please try running Steam as an administrator:

We know you have mentioned you have switched the Sound Mixer Option, however, can you please try the following?
  1. Press the Windows Key
  2. Search for "Sound Mixer Options"
