Hello fantastic fellow friends. Some info on what happened, what's happening, and what's gonna happen.

What happened? We made a mistake that prevented you from getting credit. We fixed this issue and you should be able to get credit by watching VODs and live matches now. You may not be able to get credit for rewatching a VOD you watched earlier while missions were not working. Read on to the what's gonna happen section for how we're going to fix this.

What's gonna happen? We are working to grant mission credit to those who watched at least 10 minutes of Worlds while logged in, no matter when you watched, so you don't need to puzzle together what you may have already watched or not to get credit. We'll do it for you. This should happen within the next couple days and I'll update this thread once it's complete.

Now, there is 8 of these missions in total, so lets do the math 8*3=24, however, every team only plays 18 games per season. Now there are playoff matches sure, but if the team you picked doesnt make playoffs you cant finish all 8 missions :)

Although it was pointed out that the last 3 missions are completed by watching the league (not your team) your pass is associated with, it's still an opportunity for us to improve clarity when you buy it and use it. We released an article that provides more details about Team Pass, but we're learning that some information should be readily available and not tucked away in an article.

To the other comments, the same principle applies. We're hyper-focused on listening and understanding what you like and dislike about the pass to help deliver something better in the future. And when we release that better thing in the future, we'll do the exact same thing: listen and make it better until we're able to consistently deliver something that allows you to have a live-streamed dinner date with your favorite player, sit behind your favorite team on stage while throwing memes and money at them during a match, and slapping your face right in the client and broa...

Its sad that the fan pass isnt available for everyone. Id rather have those "neutral" LEC LCS Cheer w/e Icons than team Icons Wards and whatever you get. I dont cheer for specific teams but rather watch competitve play for the gameplay and entertaining value.

We hear ya and appreciate the feedback; please keep it coming! You'll still be able to complete free missions that reward more general Esports content like the Tee-mote and Foam Finger icon earlier this year :)

You'll still get the chroma and it will be usable as soon as you unlock Dragon Slayer Braum!

Do the missions for week one only stay for one week? At the moment I am on holiday and not able to buy the pass but would like the finish all missions.

Nope! They will stay for the entire split, so if we're in week 7 and you haven't completed any missions, you can still catch up with a nice little binge session.

Where can I find info on the free missions and all their rewards?

Once you complete the first Watch & Earn mission (free mission), you'll see which rewards you'll be able to earn throughout the split. Some of the rewards are in the article but are not distinguished between free or fan pass.

You'll be able to earn, through the free missions (even if you bought a pass):

• Icon of cheering Pengus
• Icon of the minions eating popcorn and watching esports
• Emote of a cheering poro
• Blue Essence every time you complete the watch and earn mission

What regions count towards that one? Is it just LEC/LCS or of this split games?

The watch and earn mission can be completed by watching any league during this split, not just LEC or LCS - as long as you're watching on watch.lolesports.com, Pro View, or the League Friends app.

Tried every day a few times for like 4 days. still the same problem. when I click the link, it brings me to the same page.

I'll be really happy for a solution because soon a Fnatic game starts and I wanna have it prior to that! :D

hey any infos about missions not progressing ? I have the g2 pass but the game did not count. Maybe it is cause by default it always shows me the german stream and i change it to the english broadcast. system works fine for vods as far as i can tell
