Fixed an issue where some class abilities were inappropriately snaring certain bosses and boss mechanics.

    • Fixed an issue where Alpha Predator did not increase the damage of Kill Command for Beast Mastery or Marksmanship Hunters.

    • Fixed an issue where Malefic Affliction would be removed when reapplying Unstable Affliction to the same target.

User Interface and Accessibility

• Fixed an issue where the Void Storage NPC could not be interacted with if the UI was close with the ‘Esc’ key.
• Fixed an issue where “Friendly Players” option appeared twice in the Interface options menu.
• Fixed an issue that caused gamepad bindings to disappear for ranged characters.

    • Fixed an issue that prevented Scintillating Moonlight from reducing damage taken.
• Monk
  • Mistweaver
    • Clouded Focus now correctly buffs the Enveloping Mist healing from Tear of Morning.
• Paladin
  • Fixed an issue preventing Avenging Wrath nodes from being draggable from the talent pane.
• Warlock
  • Affliction
    • Malefic Affliction is now applied to the caster rather than an enemy target for easier tracking.
    • Fixed an issue where Dread Touch was not correctly being applied.
    • Fixed an issue where Doom Blossom was not gaining an increased chance of occurring from your stack count of Malefic Affliction.
  • Demonology
    • Fixed an issue where Annihilan Training would not be reapplied to your Felguard if learned while your Felguard was active.

Shadowlands Season 4: PvP

• The current season of Shadowlands PvP content will end at 10:00 p.m. the night before maintenance begins in each region. This is 10:00 p.m. PDT for North American realms and 22:00 CEST for European realms.
• With the season’s end, it will no longer be possible to earn PvP seasonal rewards, titles, or Shadowlands Season 4 rankings.

Shadowlands Season 4: Mythic+

• The current season of Mythic+ content will end at 10:00 p.m. the night before maintenance begins in each region. This is 10:00 p.m. PDT for North American realms and 22:00 CEST for European realms. With the season’s end, ratings that qualify for the 0.1% “Shrouded Hero: Shadowlands Season 4” achievement will be recorded.
• The title “the Shrouded Hero” will be rewarded during the following weeks after the season ends, so be sure to wait if changing factions until after you have received the title....

Use this thread for any feedback you have from the current PTR. We are specifically looking for feedback on the following:

• Elemental Storm Difficulty
  • Time needed remove a shield from a boss being too long or too short.
  • Storm enhanced mobs being too strong or too weak.
• How does the Storm event feel when there are large numbers of players participating in the event?

As a reminder this PTR will close October 16 at 11:59 p.m. PDT

Starting tomorrow, October 14 at 10:00 a.m. PDT, we will be update the Dragonflight PTR to begin a playtest of pre-patch events:

• The Introductory Quest Line
• Elemental Storms in Badlands and Un’Goro.
  • These Storms will change the surrounding area’s weather and enhance enemies with additional powers.
• The Return of Uldaman as a level 60 dungeon.

This playtest will end on the Dragonflight PTR on Sunday, October 16 at 11:59 p.m. PDT.

Hmmmm. I do really enjoy stats. Dad jokes are kinda hit and miss for me. Though I’m pretty sure that is the point.

I enjoy most vegetables, but probably broccoli. I think? Though this might change depending on the day you asked me.

Hey everyone!

I’m Sanq, and I am the newest addition to the WoW Community team. Nice to meet you!
My experience in WoW starts near the end of Vanilla as a casual player, leveling and just hanging out with friends. In TBC I got my first real taste of raiding and quickly found that I couldn’t get enough. This led me to starting my own guild and Raid/Guild leading through the majority of WotLK. After our guild disbanded, I ended up taking a break to focus on school and work. Now I am back and excited to finally continue my adventure in Shadowlands as I prepare for Dragonflight.

Also, my favorite memory (and probably biggest accomplishment) from my time in WoW was leading my guild to completing Yogg Saron 25 Normal and 10 Hard Mode.

I look forward to getting to know everyone over the coming months!
