Does anyone know what's happening with the weekend pass tickets? They just don't appear for me. Anyone know what's up?
Hey there! The weekend passes sold out in less than 5 minutes. There is a sliver of a chance that some will go back into sale, if purchases made are not paid within a few business days, but I wouldn't count on that. We still have plenty of day tickets available though!

The Collector Ticket is a plastic credit card sized ticket – it’s a collectible souvenir with an exclusive design that we provide for the Spring Finals. It comes with a lanyard so you can wear it!
As far as stage is concerned, there is no 'real' front or side. The Pro's will be sitting in the middle and there will be 4 big screens above them on which you can follow the matches.

It's just fun to see the behind the scenes stuff, I know those guys work hard, but it's fun to see how and at what exactly.
This initiative was driven and exectured by Margot and her team from our Features department. There were constantly cameras around us for the whole Split, even in Copenhagen. Expect more to come about other departments working on the EU LCS soon. Nothing scripted, all real behind the scenes stuff including me looking concentrated (some might say grumpy).

I wish I could tell you more about next year, but to be honest I don't all the details myself. I am working in the events team - behind the scenes - on the more 'physical' execution of our shows. More and more details about EU future will surely be released over time.
What happens with the EU production team during worlds? Do they have holidays until after worlds or do some travel to LA?
Can't speak for all, as we are quite a big bunch, but I can give some visibility on this topic. It depends on several factors like - what is your role, what work has to be done in the EU office/studio, does Central need your support for Worlds and so on. Some will work on getting the studio ready for 2019, making improvements, focus on personal growth or start working on 2019 EU roadshows. Others will squeeze in some holidays for sure, as this time of the year, with no EU shows running makes it easier to disconnect from work. Still, there is always work to be done, maybe a bit less than during a LCS season :)
I can give an example from the EU Events & PM team. One of my colleagues will be working all stops and she will be leading the content teams from all regions. She will provide support, like helping them to schedule their interviews and produce content about Worlds. Another colleague is leading the Player Management side of Worlds and she will also work most stops as the team-le...

Sorry to hear about your problem! If you bought a Collector's ticket (the one that costs 4,90€ extra), this is a physical badge-like ticket that should have been sent to you via post. Sounds to me like it got lost somewhere on the way to you, which is frustrating!

Hi guys! We are very sorry about this experience. I tried to find you during the 2nd game of IG vs. GRF but after talking to several fans in the first row, I was not able to locate you. Feel free to send me a DM and we can meet up in the arena near the floor entrance at the main gate (or send me your current section-row-seats). For tomorrow we will rearrange our floor seating after today's show. We will try to move all floor seats at least one, hopefully two rows to the back to ensure a better experience for everyone.
Update: All good, EtoileDuSoir and I met a few minutes ago :) We will make it better for all tomorrow!

How did any of it get through in the first place? You're hosting an event without even doing any prep.
We will definately hold a retrospective meeting to see what went wrong, why and how to fix it in the future. We do this after every event.
One issue I can talk about right now is the toilet situation. Usually the inventory comes with the venue rent as an included service. I was made aware by a local partner that this will not be the case here, so through them I booked and paid for cleaning and toilet inventory. Turns out it was not provided to all of the public toilets. We had a meeting with the partner after we were made aware of this and fixed it for the next day. This is no finger pointing though, I should have personally checked all of toilets before the first show day... lesson learned!
