(Quinn, Vayne, Swain) Ah, I see you're a man (or woman, I don't judge) of trolling the toplane as well.

Teemo player :D

Welcome!

Here are a couple ADC options to check out:

Miss Fortune has an AoE ultimate (Not exactly like Hou Yi, however) and her Q has an angle component to it for hitting behind the target.

Varus has a fun kit if you like skillshots and combos.

Ashe is overall a great kit to get started with the role.

I'd argue that the two games are different enough that you might want to give other positions a shot. While it's not an exact comparison, I think a bruiser jungle might scratch that Anhur itch (Trundle even has a wall/pillar ability). Kindred is a ranged jungle champ that has some similarities in play styles to those as well. A ranged top laner (Quinn, Vayne, Swain) might suit your solo play style more, too.

Your support shouldn't be taking your farm as ADC, there are items that allow them to gain gold without taking farm. A lot of the play around autos in laning is around timing movements/hits to the opponents auto attack animations.

How are you gonna disrespect my man Kled like that?

Whoa

That's super sick. Going to use a few of these as wallpapers :) Do you have a github?

It might be fun to try a new role, if you're mostly used to ADC/Top. Rengar is a ton of fun to jungle with.

Also you should definitely get Teemo.

What's tilting you? Is it other players, or just dying in lane?

I find that when I get tilted by dying a lot, I like to take a break and spend some time watching youtubers playing the champ I am working on. Sometimes getting a new perspective on something will improve my playing.

If it's other players, well, /mute all sometimes is the best solution. Who cares if they're trolling?

And lastly, to be frank, if you aren't in the right mood to play League, it's simply going to be less fun for you. Take a break, get some fresh air or check out some other games. Hades has been consuming my non-league time lately, highly recommend :)

Thanks for mentioning that. It always gets me when I search for other sports, too Like the NHL finals, here

The LoL Esports site has a spoiler-free schedule here, by the way!

Overwatch does that when you say 'ggez' after a game and it's hilarious. I didn't know there were programs that automatically did this D:

Some of the team associations/owners are interesting. For instance, Flyquest is owned by one of the owners of the Milwaukee Bucks. GG is associated with with the Golden State Warriors. Bjergesen owns part of TSM, and Faker owns part of SKT.T1, Nadeshot and 100t, etc. It's definitely worth looking into the history of some of these orgs.

Go Red Wings by the way :)

Well, there's only one champion who doesn't need a team for a teamfight.

I am honestly more impressed by how a former Draven one-trick managed to play 323 games as Ivern.

Ivern is the Draven of jungle.

You can treat inflamed skin with salty tears, though.

What truth hast been revealed to thee?

"thee" is the second person object pronoun, so it is analogous to "him," "her," "them," "me," and "us." However, in modern English, "you" is the right second person pronoun for both object and subject. So, for example, you say "I [subject] killed [object] you" but "you [subject] killed [object] me."

In English, we don't conjugate verbs differently based on their objects, only their subjects. So you get I kill, you kill, she kills, et cetera no matter who is being killed.

Same goes for "to have." You say "it hath" and "thou hast" no matter what object pronoun you're using.

So in your examples, you have "the mystery" as the third person subject (it), so "hath" is used, and then you've got "thou" as the second person subject, so "hast" follows. In Morgana's quote, "truth" is third-person, so it needs "hath" instead of "hast."

Interesting! Thanks for the detailed explanation! That makes sense, I was thinking the tense was affected by the subject.

Nice find! I looked into this a bit (waiting on servers to deploy :) ) and I think I have an answer - though admittedly I have no particular expertise in old english.

I found this usage in the bible, from searching for 'hath been' - "Even the mystery which hath been hid from ages" - Colossians 1:26 (KJV) (it has)

BUT then found this when searching for 'hast been' - "Thou hast been our dwelling place" - Psalm 90:1 (KJV) which is the second person usage (you have)

So I think, maybe, it's based on the subject it's being directed towards? Seems like you'd say "I had", but "You hast" and "It hath", right? But is 'thee' the same as 'you' or 'thou'?

Going to link this thread on our slack and see if we can gather the Shakespeare nerds :)

What's so bad about 7 games in 3 weeks?

This really does blow my mind. The average LoL player has such a deep knowledge of the game, especially when you compare it to the average player of other popular games... It's really humbling. The amount of practice it takes to get to even silver is very impressive.

Not to be all "gamers rise up" but I really believe that if someone has the intelligence and drive to be even decent at LoL, they're probably the sort of person who could succeed at just about anything they put their minds to.
