This was our conclusion, too, after debating it for a while.

We think of fulfilling a gun request as giving them the funds to buy their own gun rather than giving them a gun from your arsenal. And like you noted, you can always share your own skins by buying and dropping the old fashioned way.

We're likely going to revise the crosshair controls to ensure people can't mix even and odd thicknesses. No loss in capability, but should get rid of some confusion.

Been seeing a lot of people mentioning the feedback not being very easy to see when taking damage.

Here is an example of me going from 100hp to 12hp with only a small red indicator to tell me otherwise.

It would be great if we could see some additional audio & visual ques to make it more obvious that you have taken damage.

Great example. I've been reading all of the threads on this issue and am looking at some potential upgrades. Also sent it along to the sound folks.

Lemme check I noticed it initially with 2 thickness hairs, but that might have been with an odd dot. I noted it down when I had 1 thickness hairs so it could be an odd/even thing, I'll edit in a minute.

Edit: You were correct, it was an even/odd thing. Which sucks if it remains this way because I find the 1 thickness a but too small and the 3 thickness a bit too thick (still nothing I cant adjust too, just initial impressions). Thanks for the follow up.

If you stick you evens or odds it all lines up nicely. Mixing looks rough because they have to be anchored slightly different since displays have an even number of pixels on each dimension.

Are you using an even thickness dot with odd thickness hairs? That will make it look off center.

We have a lot of upgrades planned for the crosshair customization. All in due time!

I don't know when it'll land, but we're definitely going to add agent-specific keybind sets.

In case you're like me and you kept trying to plant/defuse using the F key because of other games. Everybody I play with thought you couldn't double bind at all, so I hope this is useful.

We left a lot of latitude for double binds, but can't guarantee it'll work the way you want all the time.

For example, with double binding Use and Use Spike: if you have a Cypher camera dart in you and you try to defuse it'll try to remove the dart first. That's just one of the cases where it's hard to guess at your intent because different tactical situations call for different priorities.

For people who want 100% predictability, keep the binds separate. If you can roll with the quirks, double bind your hearts out.

Any plans to have built in macros? For example in cs my smoke and flash keys are alias scripted to stretch my crosshairs to the edge of my screen so I can line stuff up and when I hit 1 or 2 to switch back to my gun it goes back to crosshair size 4. This way the player might be able to circumvent some weird interactions when they double bind.

We have some sweet plans with respect to aiming thrown or launched objects. Should help with that specific usage case, at least.

What about tap to interact? I don’t want to have to hold a key to plant/defuse. I’d like to bind it to my scroll wheel.

While we're on the topic of binds, any plans to allow custom ability keybinds per agent? I have some really weird binds for the abilities (I copied my CSGO utility binds) and it'd be nice to pick which ability I'd like on my most accessible keys. This mainly comes into play with the abilities that instantly throw an object.
