Hello Watchers!

We are releasing a small hotfix patch today to address some issues brought up by the community. Please see the patch notes listed below.

Patch notes for v4.0.1.0041 These Patch notes contain spoilers:

Resolved issues:

Removed the progression-breaking autosave before meeting Llengrath at the beginning of LAX03.
Italian and Spanish languages now display God Challenge text.
Starting a conversation with Fetid Spray while wearing Arkemyr's Robes does not repeat giving the instructions to the player.
Llengrath encounter to start The Forgotten Sanctum DLC can no longer start during a storm.
NPC ships on the world map will be placed back in the sea if they get stuck inland.
Forbidden Fist Curse Damage when stacked is calculates as expected.
Player's can now turn in Seeds of Deception to Llengrath and only Llengrath when they receive the quest from her.
Izzia now appears for anyone who had previously spoken with her. New playthroughs will require the party to complete a specific encount...

DLC is installed, had one event trigger with a wave, got the missive for the pet thing at the petris overlook,but been sailing around the Deadfire for an hour staraight and nothing else, no missive, scripted event, or quest update. Went to the black isles only thing there is hall of unseen dungeon I completed in base game

Hey nyhrdcore, I'm sorry this is not working as intended. Would you mind sending us one of your save files by emailing [email protected]?

In the meantime, you may be able to advance to the DLC by just going to the center of the unseen dungeon, there is a new staircse in the center that leads to the DLC.

Update 3.0 and Seeker, Slayer, Survivor DLC live now!

New Features & Updates

Seeker, Slayer, Survivor
- The second DLC has the Watcher journey to the island to Kazuwari in search for some answers to a mysterious package...
New Berath's Blessings - New and exciting blessing come in to add some interesting replayability to the Deadfire:
- Loaded Pockets - NPC pockets are filled with more and rarer items.
- Legendary Crew - 3 Veteran Sailors become available in the Kraken's Eye tavern, they are better than normal and cheaper than normal.
- Discount Craftsman - Crafting and enchanting costs are reduced.
- Mythical Discovery - Start with a Mythical Adra Stone in the prologue armoire (free upgrade from Legendary → Mythic Quality)
New Ranger Abilities - Five new Ranger abilities have been added to the Ranger's arsenal of skills:
- Hunter's Claw - 2 Bond Full Attack, The first target hit with this grants +1 Accuracy vs the target's Race until Rest. Subsequent hits against the same race will increase stacks (up to +20). Resting...
