Hello everyone, we have multiple teams working on the latency issues affecting players at this time. We are finalizing some details in our upcoming article to shed some transparency on the situation. At this time we are aware of the multiple crashes (without error codes) happening today as well. I just want to let you all know we have server technicians as well as our awesome team at Toadman working hard in addressing these matters. Servers are back online. Please note that the new server names will be applied in our next hotfix arriving next week. NA for now will be listed as Connery while EU remains as Miller.

All servers will be offline tomorrow 4/8 at 6am pdt. for a scheduled maintenance. During this time NA Connery and Emerald will be merged. Marketplace purchases will also be offline during this time. Please check in on our X account for further updates.

I've been reading your comments and I want to first say: first, be kind to one another. Agree to disagree if you must but stop fighting on the forums. Permanent warnings will be given out from now on. If you receive too many warnings you will get banned from the forums so please behave. Regarding the results and the concerns, I understand the sentiment around the heavy push in favor of NC and TR but it is within the event parameters. This however will bring us more insight for future events and we will consider this a factor going forward. As for the final results, we will make an announcement on Wednesday. Mithril, can we please get a better exact definition of what is meant by "map control captures"? Does this mean individual base captures or does it mean Alert wins locking the continent and controlling the entire map? Knowing this for sure will definitely help / change how the event is played. It is hard to plan for, not knowing the exact metric being evaluated. Thanks!"

Could you please give the community more information about the location of the Merged Server? US-EAST would decimate the Aussie's and Kiwi's that play on Connery from Oceania as the ping is too high for them to US-EAST. "

Both will exist on one server. At the server selection screen you will see the newly named na server with your na characters.

Mithril, would it be possible to choose which server to migrate to. I would like to move some characters from Connery to Miller. I leveled up my emerald alternative characters already and don't necessarily need 2 NSO and 2 NC char on the new NA server. I would like to move them to Miller. Main reason is because I have have made good progress towards unlocking auraxium weapons on those characters, while on emerald I have unlocked the auraxium weapons I want. Perhaps you can sell the auraxium bundle for 1 character unlock at a steep price."

• Adjusted the time of capturing the points in the assault facility on Esamir
• Fixed the sound previews of a few horns
