There's a link in the emails that were sent out. Be sure to read the email carefully and fully. :)
Like Pyro said, there's only one email for the Microsoft Store version.
First, make sure you downloaded the Xbox Insider Hub, not the MCC Insider Hub.
If you are on the correct app, like Pyro said, please verify that you're using the correct Gamertag that registered with the program. If you aren't sure, you can send me a DM with your email address and Gamertag and I can take a look for you.
