Water blocking bullets will be fixed the next time we push a map update.

Thanks for pointing this out - we'll take care of it in a future update (won't make it this week).

There are multiple places on the map where this happens, also locations where your walls/ramps get placed up in the air, allowing rockets to hit you from underneath. I think this should be a priority considering building is a major feature of the game, but I am confident you guys are already handling that.

Edit: When I say "placed in the air" they are being placed above ground, without being attached to another adjacent structure.

If you can point out other specific areas where this happens, that would be helpful! It'll take some time, but we'll add them to the list.

For real. I understand that there are limitations to the building system, and thus areas of uneven elevation will have issues with building. However, extended areas of flat ground should absolutely line up better with the building grid. When you place a wall, it needs to be at least chest high, not ankle high.

We agree :)

Not a football, confirmed.

Agreed - this is on the list to fix.

Awesome, I'd wear that :D

This is amazing, nice work!

Thanks for pointing this out again - this is something we would like to see improved as well.

TLDR - There are a few things we can try to make this better, making sure this gets tracked for us to look at again internally.

As for the more detailed how and why - technically there is no structural support for the building grid in that spot because it is made up of static geometry that was built with specific dimensions to fit behind building pieces (I.e. you still need to be able to build walls flat against this piece without clipping), not support it, and therefore doesn't extend far enough to register a connection based on collision overlapping into the neighboring grid tile.

The railing is a decorative prop and does not count as a wall piece.

For optimization reasons we avoid filling spaces like this with additional wall pieces that could otherwise count as supports.

Happy birthday little fella!

Yup this sucks - collision for this asset has been adjusted in 7.20. We caught it before the holidays but unfortunately not in time for 7.10.

Thanks for the feedback!

Oh - hi.
