You could try disabling the launcher.
Right click on vermintide 2 in your steam library, hit properties, go to the ‘betas’ tab and select the ‘bypass launcher’ beta. The bad thing is you can’t change any setting that is only changeable from the launcher (like directx version to use, for example), but it might let you into the game, at least until a FS dev can give you a proper solution/answer.

Aye, I reckon if the game detected the memory leak and logged it, it also dealt with it. The real issue is when the game doesn’t detect the memory leak.

The idea, I presume, is that since they’re going into quarantine they should stockpile all the necessary items so that they don’t have to ever leave the house until the quarantine is over, which basically means buying as much non-perishable food and toilet paper as possible.
Which is absolutely stupid, we’re allowed and expected to go out and buy necessities whenever we need, as long as that’s the only reason we leave quarantine!
That said, I’m glad that this is not happening in my country. Sure, people are panic-buying, but they’re not stockpiling obscene amounts of toilet paper.

Fatshark def seems like a good company to work for, it always looked like a very healthy enviroment and I’m very glad you guys work in proper conditions. There’s far too much abuse and crunching in the games industry.
