We just got Dev to add an exchange for the Real Attack Cookies, so you can turn in 100 and 1m Adena for a Vitality Tonic.

The event timers will change after the maintenance and the actual Oriana's Lucky Draw UI will be unavailable at 6:30 AM Server Time on 10/13. The extension of the events will officially happen AFTER the maintenance has completed. Sorry for the confusion!

The event item still has 10/13 as the deletion date, but will be extended after the maintenance ends. 

We are still investigating the cause of the latency spikes for Chronos and will share an update once we have more details from the Development team.

We are investigating the latency spikes with AWS and the Dev team. The issue appears to be only affecting the Chronos server, so please let me know if you are experiencing any of the following:

• Attack Speed Delay
• Skill Delay
• NPC Delay
• Movement Delay (Rubberbanding)
• Item Delay

Did you turn-in your key for the subjugation? That is how the subjugation event missions progress.

after you get bad drop from thouse chest you put an item with time there to low our chances more...i hope you and your team atleast will fix that

The Real Attack Cookies will be deleted on 10/27, which is 2 weeks after the promotion ends. I will ask the Dev team if we can delay the deletion date by a few weeks, but understand that these items are not intended to be permanent.

We requested for a Hero Chat disable option in the past, but Dev told us this is intended and that /block will be the only way to filter out the hero chat.

Apologies, the time zone is  21:00 UTC for the Forgotten Primeval Garden since it is on the same type of cross-server as Olympiad.
