Coins not appearing in your client, and pack redemption should be resolved. Please open the in-game shop and navigate to the Packs panel, this should trigger a redeem request for any pending packs and coins you've purchased.

Please check your "My Games & Apps" section for the update. If it doesn't appear after a minute or two, please try restarting your console before going back to that section.

Two things to try:

  • 1) Un-install and re-install the game, something could have gone wrong when updating your game.
  • 2) If re-installing doesn't fix it, turn your console off for a quarter hour so the ram clears from your system, then try again.

Yep, a hotfix was pushed that re-enabled him, sorry about that! You should now be able to find him in your maps that have the perandus mod added to them.

When does the game crash for you? I'd recommend power cycling your console to see if this fixes the problem you're experiencing. See This Link for instructions.

We've temporarily taken the Xbox realm offline to investigate a number of issues which are manifesting. We will post an update as soon as we have more information.

We've been in touch with Sony and are waiting to hear back from them. These packs that were listed within the PSN store, and the Sony website were intended for in-game purchase only, and as such as causing issues for those who have bought them through the PSN store/website due to the nature of how the Playstation platform packs work.
