To update you - this has been fixed and is awaiting QA to check it over.

Hey we have a bug in, but it isn't yet resolved.

I've chased this, (but it's currently lower priority than the NPC strangeness that's happening.)

Of note there's probably a work around (this only seems to happen if your account is in an odd state) - if you change male->female at the makeover mage (or in wardrobe) then back you should be able to activate the override.
