I logged out and closed the launcher, reopened it and relogged, and still don't have them. Is it because I am launching Runelite from the Jagex Launcher?

I'm logged in via a Jagex Account and get prompted to sign up for a Jagex account to claim my 20 free bank spaces.
I then get taken to account management, where I login via Jagex account and MFA, select the OSRS account and then get thrown an error.
Possible issue or need to do something differently?
No, it's a bug on our end and the team are currently looking into it.

Has there been any information I've missed on forestry-related rewards (like teas, for example?) Last I saw they were cancelled. Seems like I have no reason to interact with forestry post-99 woodcutting at the moment.
I was really sad to see the slayer superior spawn boost tea go- that's one of the worst iron grinds in the game and it needs more than the elite CA to fix it

Good changes =) The whole collection log troubles with tradeable items has brought the illogical lack of backwards compatibility for ironmen accounts to light again.
Is there any chance ironman accounts can use items on their collection log to get the slot filled in the future?
Last time it was brought up the argument by some Jmods against it was that it would be unfair to mains, especially if highscores were released in the future. Is there any progress on adding collection log slots to the highscores?
Currently, the approach we took with last week's update was the way we've always done adding new Collection Log items, but the team have been open to the idea of something that could help more easily determine how something is gained.
Hey all, sorry for the confusion, I've edited the HDOS FAQ to clarify.
It now says 'Yes; HDOS will be added to the launcher. We're working on establishing just when, but once it's added anybody with HDOS installed will be able to play via the Launcher (and using a Jagex Account)'.
This means that whether you play using it now, or you intend to once it's Launcher-compatible, will be able to play. Just install it and then choose it in the Launcher.
I play using HDOS and I can't upgrade as I won't be able to play using my preferred client. Will HDOS be coming to the Jagex Launcher?
Yes; HDOS will be added to the launcher for existing HDOS users. We are working on establishing when this will be available at the moment.
so does this mean if we didn't use HDOS before, it won't be available to us? i've used it a couple times but im not too sure if that qualifies me or if it's a legacy availability sort of thing.

Looks like the transfer process is currently down (presumably from increased traffic after the news post) attempts to log into my runescape account are met with "we are experiencing technical difficulties"
