How does the Ninja Team PAG work? Do we have to get ahold of the Champion guy to submit Ninja requests or is the Dojo still in use?

Thanks for letting me know! I was unsure though if this was more of a Ninja request or a New player experience / RS mobile type of request. On the topic of which, can you maybe create a New Player Experience flair? I think it would be pretty beneficial for the game, considering how this subreddit works.

Submit anything like this to the dojo, even if you're not sure. If it's not something Ninjas can tackle but it's still a valuable suggestion, I'll pass it on to the appropriate team.
I'm not sure if this is a ninja job or not, so I'll ask here, can we finally get the dye variants added for custom fit trimmed master work, etc. Ik it's obviously a bigger task because of all the armor variants, but it's been one people were looking forward to since before release.
Bigger than a Ninja improvement I'm afraid to say, so not something we'd handle.

Hey, well noticed! This was going to be part of strike 2 but as we started tackling it and had a proper look, we wanted to make more improvements to Raptor chest than we'd originally allowed for. This pushed it outside of Strike 2's window, but we've still got the improvements in the pipeline.

Could you maybe say how many ninja suggestions you've got through the feedback form so far? And how many of those are something you took interest in picking up?
We've had just over 2000 suggestions so far. Mod Kari and I have time set out every week to go over the suggestions and categorise, which has been going well but we're not close to keeping up with every suggestion coming in! Of the hundreds we've processed, about 1 in 4 have passed "stage 1", and can move forward.
We're pleased with how it's going!

Nothing better than getting B2B2B2B spirits from top tier bosses on your ironman such as Nex, Telos etc etc, thus wasting your food/pot supplies completely.
Literally just had a conversation on this. I'm confirming nothing, but yeah we're aware.
Out of curiosity, how many of those suggestions are duplicates?
I couldn't tell you as we're not marking them as dupe (but now you mention it we'll start doing that) but it's not too excessive.
Can we get more information on this "stage 1" check? Particularly if there are good ways for players to submit higher quality suggestions to make your lives easier
At the moment, we're happy with the suggestions we're getting in, but if the quality starts going down then we may release guidance on it. My feeling is at the moment there's no need - as long as you're clear on your dojo challenge, that's all you need to worry about. Don't consider it a 1 in 4 chance of getting your suggestion into our backlog, we will take all those that suit our remit :)
If someone submits like a bug report or something else that doesn't fit ninja criteria do you just toss out those suggestions or do you forward them to relevant teams?
