I've had this account 19 years, and not gonna lie this could be the one thing that would eventually make me quit. I don't play every week these days, so it's possible I've missed this so called "grace" period. Getting in touch with players support... how do you even do that, the website doesn't exactly make it easy? Hence posting here. Why not just make an easy update my payment details section?

Hey! From what I understand there should be a grace period of a couple weeks which allows you to keep your old subscription rate. If it's been longer than a couple of weeks it might be gone, however, if it hasn't and you're not seeing your old rate when you log in to the membership screen I would recommend contacting player support who might be able to help :)

Hey folks. There was a miscommunication here but don't fret as no one should have lost out. There was a login-check to ensure existing packs were swapped for an equal value in Portable Packs with the new values. You should notice you had more Portable Packs than you had the day before to account for this change. An an example if you had had 3 tiny and 5 normal packs before the update, you should have 18 tiny and 20 normal post-update, keeping the total 78 Skilling stations, same as before.
