Unfortunately. Windows 7 is not officially supported so we’d recommending upgrading to a more recent OS version to avoid compatibility issues with this or other updates.

No, if you followed the patchnotes from the latest update, we added changes to how the AI identifies threats. This caused a lot of issues with World NPCs attacking each other in circumstances where that shouldn’t happen, i.e. gazelles attacking other wildlife, human NPCs attacking allied factions.
The number of individual AI entries is big enough and the fix common enough for it to not warrant a different entry for each one. Please note we’ve also fixed similar issues in the past couple of hotfixes with similar wording.

First and foremost, this is a Testlive patch. Please understand that any patches sent on this branch of the game are a Work in Progress build, which will receive further iterations and revisions. It not only does not include all the fixes that will come out in the final release, but also many of the ones included in it might receive further changes. An example of this is our Testlive run for our Followers 2 patch.
Once the first point is out of the way, then, please also understand that while feedback is very welcome and needed, we need that feedback to come from players who PLAYED this build of the game. Many of you just reacted to the numbers shown in the patchnotes without even realizing the part where we mention that some of those now dreaded thrall balance changes are an average, not a flat change. And while daunting on paper, those who have actually tried the patch and reported feedback are seeing nowhere near the imp...

We’re excited to bring to Testlive our first iteration of our next game update. As we mentioned in the past, we wanted to focus on game balancing regarding thralls and followers now that AI stances and the command system have been implemented into the game.
We’ve been listening to your feedback and we agree that they were perhaps a bit too powerful now. Followers felt like the heroes while players remained sidekicks to the AI deeds.We want players to take an active role in combat and be the hero, and then bring along a helper or sidekick to assist in taking out the biggest threats. In regard to PvP combat, we also want that to be more about players fighting other players, and less about avoiding one hit kills from followers in hopes to land some hits.
We’ve also given some attention to avatars and fixed some of the crippling issues they experienced, in hopes of being able to bring them back again in the near future.
