If you encounter teaming players, there are a few things you can do to combat this problem:
1. Report the player in-game if you are defeated.
- Record a video or take a few images of the teamers in action, then report the player to our support team at https://www.hirezstudios.com/submit-support-ticket/ . Though the initial report will only allow you to attach one file, feel free to respond to the ticket email with additional materials. For videos, these can be uploaded to YouTube as unlisted, then the link can be shared within the ticket. It is helpful for players to also include a link to the match in question or the player in question on one of the third-party sites that pull from our API to track matches.

There is no risk in relinking your Twitch account, you will not lose any Twitch drops from other Hi-Rez games or otherwise.
There is no Grand Master Rank. Right now the stats shown are you wins in a particular queue and the number of eliminations you've accrued in your best (highest elimination) 50 games once you reach Master.
Are you noticing any patterns with what you're doing at the time the game crashes? Even if it's something like jumping or during a particular phase when the fog starts moving.
Hey all, we are aware of some issues with crashing on Xbox and will look to get some optimizations out this coming week. This may not address all instances of crashing, but we have identified an issue that arose with OB16 and are looking to address the issue as quickly as possible.
This is currently working as intended.
Of note, when the shield is applied, enemy players cannot see the Shield (though you can). You are still invisible for the expected period after using the Withdraw ability.
We are aware of a new crash case that arose with OB16 affecting Xbox One and PC and are looking to roll out a fix before long.
/u/teharchitehct what's your PSN/Gamertag/player name on Steam? We want to look into this. It would also be helpful to know an approximate time when this occurred.
If you end up getting in this state, it's usually us changing something on the backend briefly. Usually a quick game restart will resolve the issue.
The small hotfix included the following:
- Players can now move when their map is open.
- Addressed a crash case that arose with OB16 affecting Xbox One and PC.
The Steel and Shadow Battle Pass will end with the OB17 update in roughly 3 weeks. We will announce more about the end date closer to that time. For now, the in-game countdown timer is not automatically counting down; we're aware of this issue.
I would like to request some more information regarding this issue. Do you happen to have a clip of this occurring? Was there a particular window you noticed this happened, or a particular weapon that you were able to fire with?
So why can't we close the map with the same button we used to open it now? It used to be that way before the bug. I really don't get what you guys are thinking.
It was unintended that the keybind was changed, but we're aware of it. Should be able to move while the map is open now, though.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but a hotfix is not something I download right? If so, what update did I download?
Hotfixes usually don't require server downtime, but will still require a download.
I thought grand master was a rank and was decided by your top 50 kills in one queue? is that not a thing anymore?
It never was in the game, but once you reach Master it does show the sum of your 50 "best" (highest elimination games) eliminations.
