A new crash on Xbox One has been discovered resulting from today's backend update. We are investigating the cause and will update on our Twitter account when we have more information.

Believe we hit this one - Given the unpopularity of the ability, adding this back in would just lead to diluting the loot pool more with an ability that most players won't want to use anyway.
Cross-play and cross-progression currently include Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, Steam, and Discord. PlayStation 4 progress does not transfer to other platforms at the current time.
Were you attempting to use the right stick to select which emote / voice line you wanted to play? Regardless of the keybind selected for pulling up the VGS system, the right stick will still be used to select which emote/voice line you want to play. You then release the VGS button and the emote/line will play.

We are aware of an issue where the Anarchist Assassin is unavailable on PS4. We are looking into the issue and will post when the skin is available on all platforms. To note: the skin will be purchasable before it leaves the Shop.

I filed a ticket for teaming back in February, nobody has even looked at it yet, and I followed the steps you described now
The ticket was likely reviewed. Right now our policy with teamer reports does not involve following up about the outcome; the support team will take the action they find appropriate.
I have no issue with the Hi-Rez account itself. I just have been using one Xbox Live account more than the Xbox account linked to my Hi-Rez account. I wanted to switch everything over to my new account, so I submitted a ticket to unlink my old account. Apparently it hasn't been gotten to yet.
This actually isn't possible. Once an Xbox / Steam / PlayStation account is linked to your Hi-Rez account, you will not be able to unlink and relink a different account. See https://www.hirezstudios.com/crossplay/.

If you encounter teamers, please submit a report to our support team. Include as many details that you can access as possible, including the teamer(s) names(s), your name, match history (right now you'll need to use a third party site that pulls from our API), and images/video. The initial report will only allow one image, but you can respond to the email with more details, if available. Videos can be uploaded to YouTube as unlisted and the link can be shared in the ticket. I have never confirmed the radius theory, I like to mess around with chat about it, but there is no evidence that this is actually a thing supported by the game's programming.
I have not been able to get account linking to work since the first day this promo was announced. Get this screen no matter what I do.

Thank you, I just went and made a Hi-Rez account and connected everything and did the steps and just logged in and got Mittens. Hooray!
