Please have your clan mate check that s/he hasn't blocked emails from NCSOFT. Perhaps add [email protected] and [email protected] (or @ncsoft.com) to the whitelist of the email account.

It's usually instant but sometimes there is a delay. Do you know who the email provider is? No need to post the full email address.

Please delete the GameGuard folder in your Lineage II client folder so it can redownload. If you're still having issues after deleting the folder, please reach out to our Customer Support team so they can troubleshoot and gather more information.
