Nice job guys! Hopefully soon one of these patches will Improve optimization and overall performance.

There's no one fix that will improve optimization and performance, but it's something that over time, with a lot of changes, we will work on improving :)

No current skins change character VFX, only the character's model and weapon models

As Colin mentioned in our update yesterday, one of the tasks the team will be working on is updating the map to better fit the Heart of the Hives mode. Our environment art & level design team were wondering what your favorite parts of the current map are? Let us know on this thread what you like!

Thanks for letting us know your concern! Currently, skins fall into 3 tiers, which cost 500, 1000, and 1500 credits depending on the tier. Each tier should have additional changes to the character to make it more unique.

Yes, EU servers are currently live. If you'e in queue past a certain amount of time, you can matchmake outside your region. We are currently working on adjusting the amount of time that takes to happen.
