I find that occasionally, some anti-virus and firewall software can false-flag updated Stellaris exe as "unrecognized" or a "threat". Try checking it out. Maybe it's been isolated. :)

Hey everyone!
With a weekend of beta testing on 2.3.2 behind us, it is now fully live. We're going to keep working on 2.3.x, in particular we are aware of some issues with presapients, overflows, and an energy deficit bug. We'll get fixes for those out as soon as we can, but given that 2.3.2 is overall a much better version than 2.3.1, we want to make it a part of the live build while we keep working on the remaining issues.

Hi Everybody! After the weekend in beta test, with no drastic new issues introduced, we've decided to make the 2.3.1 patch fully live. It contains a ton of fixes that we wanted to get in everyone's hands, most important of which are out of sync fixes for MP.

I would recommend about 30k fleet with heavy ant-armor weapons focus. :)
You should be able to play using 2.2 saves with 2.3, though due to the present changes, stuff might be a bit wonky. Especially with sector generation (that system underwent a rework in 2.3) and some balance, so your economy might go out of whack.
That said, saves should work on principle.
If you want to enjoy the new content however, you will need to create a new galaxy to have it populated with it.
No need to mess around with any files. As others stated, simply update your NET Framework if you encounter this issue. :)
Hi guys. We're looking into something now. Are you playing with the test branch? If so please opt out of it and check if it fixes the problem!
That's how the system works. Depending on your scientist's skill and the digsite's difficulty, they'll keep rolling to gain progress in the excavation. If the digsite is out of their league it can take many "rounds" to make progress.
Make sure to opt out of the beta branch if you're using it and restart Steam. :)
