I've had this problem since v17.21 and its really frustrating. I go from 15-35 ping to 100-500. u/gstaffEpic please look into this

You don't need to switch your region and you can attend any of the shows. The regions mentioned with each show are there to designate optimal times for specific areas of the globe.

I believe they are having server problems. The concert won't load and everyone is just standing around trying to figure out how to get the portal to appear. I've refreshed the island 5 times now.
Give it another shot. We've been looking into this and believe the issue is now resolved.
