Hard for me to say as I don't make design decisions but I understand the request and will forward it along.
Nothing else gets a response and unless it's a post about some screenshot bitching about what someone earned in their Reserve Crate, it won't get enough traction with Karma to ever be seen on the subreddit. I have tried posting to your shit before and it gets completely ignored, so I took a different measure. If I think I'll have your ear in the privacy of a PM, then I'll try that next time. But please consider changing those horrible contracts, they are an incredibly bad look for you guys, Contracts was supposed to save some face and you created nearly impossible (in the tomahawk case, pretty much impossible) challenges.
The hostility is unnecessary and a PM would normally suffice, but I'm going to take the opportunity to simply block you now. Your comment history and the composure of your comments here don't indicate to me that discussions with you will be reasonable.
I also took a look through my comment replies and see a particularly common issue here. You're dropping into conversations and trying to change the topic. I personally don't like doing that, as we're doing so now, and will avoid doing that in most cases. Especially when your feedback is effectively presented as demands such as the original.
I'll close this out with a response to your original topic, however. I've seen that feedback, about tomahawks and others, and have actually forwarded threads along to the team regarding the alleged difficulty of some of them.

While we're also on the subject. Asking for people to be fired because you happen to disagree with a few contracts is in no way beneficial to your feedback actually making it from me to anyone else. Please consider a much more constructive approach in the future.

Can you please pass along that no one considers a mk2 variant of a gun that the relevant person already got as a mk1 variant to be a new weapon? Isn’t that how the ultra bribe works atm? If i don’t own a rampage mk2 and I don’t own the Locus I 100% want the locus and not a reskinned rampage. This is the feedback we want you to pass along. If I understood the explanation wrong please clarify. FYI I got the peacekeeper from the drop so I am satisfied but I don’t want to get upset in the future.
That is not how the Ultra Bribe works. I'll restate it again:
Weapon you don't own first. If all weapons owned, then a new variant of a weapon you do own.
You're only to receive a variant if you already own all weapons first. If you're missing the Locus, Peacekeeper, or Stingray only and then open an Ultra Rare weapon bribe, then you should obtain one of those three weapons.

I agree that the allegation doesn't make sense, but I'm not seeing any concrete examples as I outlined in my original post. I also can't explain as to why it's allegedly happening because that isn't the scope of my job.
I'm not saying I won't pass it along. I'm simply saying that a bit more concrete evidence would certainly help. The referenced video has conflicting information within it and reports I've seen in various studio mentions point to the bribe having operated as intended per the explanations I've listed above.

Comments on the video used as a reference indicate that "it's happening to everyone" is not true. This is why I have asked for a video of the Ultra Weapon Bribe issue so that I can pass along a more concrete example.
The above commenter also apparently didn't understand the phrasing so I broke it down into a much more simple example.

Maybe we could get Treyarch's clarification on how exactly the ultra weapon bribe works, as the in-game description and official patch notes indicated that it worked as I have stated in the post above.
The Ultra Rare Weapon bribe essentially gives you a Black Market weapon you don't own first. If you own all available Black Market weapons then it provides you with a new variant.
Ultra Weapon Bribes reward players with a new ranged Black Market weapon and two Reserve Cases when opened. If you already own a variant of all Black Market weapons, you’ll be rewarded with an additional weapon variant from your Ultra Weapon Bribe. Get out there, enjoy the new rewards, and have a safe and happy Fourth!

I don't think you can lvl up the mk2 without the base. Maybe they changed that though.
So they did fix it. But it does say you will get any weapon you don't have first over variants. If you already have a variant but not the base, guess what? You can still get the base.
MKII Weapon level progression has also been fixed in this update, allowing attachments and weapon camos to progress again as intended.
Thank you for acknowledging this problem! On an unrelated note, is there an eta for the koshka mk2 fix or players losing death effects and reticles?

If the latter is in regards to others having lost some progress/items, then it is my understanding that efforts have been made to restore. Players should continue reaching out to their support contacts (ATVIAssist) if reached out.

Is there any update on this? It's been about 8 days and it's only gotten worse. Now the sniper scope shows up incorrectly on it in Blackout, and the camos still dont show up.
To expand on the sniper scope portion:
The reticle in the scope does not have a colored dot in the center anymore, there's only a little black upside down V in the center, which makes it much harder to hit shots. This has only happened in blackout though, the Multiplayer version of the scope still loads correctly. I can obtain screenshots if you'd like, I just don't have them currently

We’re also tracking a known issue with the Koshka MKII incorrectly displaying the base version of the weapon in-game, with a fix planned for our next major update. Splitscreen co-op will also be restored in all Blackout modes with our July 9th update.
