Same here, already reported it to u/ATVIAssist on Twitter , just recommended me to clear my cache on PS4 eventhough I dont think this will help, especially as I'm not the onyl one.

Also tagging u/FoxhoundFPS , I hope you will get payed good as there looks to be much more issues than It looked firsthand on release.

We've acknowledged David Mason and reserves/contracts are now paying out.

It's best to contact ATVIAssist right now regarding any missing contract reserves potentially earned prior to the fix.

I completed contracts and earned around 5 or 6 reserves before the update? Will i get them back?

I don't have an answer for that right now but the studio is investigating this still.

I’ve been able to complete one contract and reach rank two of the new operation, then after that nothing worked anymore. Not the big daily contract, not the small ones and no more operation progression. Missed at least 5 or 6 cases.

Last word I received on this is that the studio is still investigating.

This update broke half the game. Contracts aren't giving rewards. Crates aren't giving the rewards. Matchmaking has many errors suddenly.

What the hell gives?

We just released a fix which should address contract reward issues. What details do you have for the latter two?

I just asked you for details from you if you have them regarding the latter two.

The image you just posted has a workaround. Go into your in-game store, download the maps, then restart your game.

Anything regarding "crates not giving rewards?"

Thank you. I tried restarting the game as well as the PS4, but no avail there.

We're looking into what can be done on our end but for now please visit the in-game store, download the maps, and then restart your game.

Can play other new playlists like Sticks & Stones, but this one will not work. Restarting the application or the console doesn't work.

This is just a mildly angering comment to an big issue. You wana know why that is an issue? The people at scumbag office activision are deluting the reserve pool more and more every new season.

I know you guys cant do anything for that but i still hope that such messages will also get forwarded , especially when we hear a "we hear you feedback" in every livestream.

We have shared that video of issues is always preferred. It's worth having as much reference material to send to the team as possible. Especially so when I jump on to test and don't find that my experience aligns with those of others. - Helping build the best case possible to explain an issue is always important.

Asking for video of the situation means I'm actively attempting to gather the most information possible to help streamline communication of the issue to our studio. This means a hopefully faster turn-around time with much more information than lines of text such as "well it just doesn't work." - The end goal here is to deliver the most information possible and video is great for that. It is not because I don't believe you. Thanks.
