/u/treyarch_official /u/FoxhoundFPS Hopefully you ban this guy.
Reposted this to make it a video.
Not sure why this didn't tag me, but I've found it via browsing. We'll investigate.
Needs to be u/ not r/ when tagging. :)
Well process this one.

I want to point out that engaging this way with us, or anyone for that matter, is actively detrimental to any conversation topic you bring to the table.
I am indeed monitoring replies to my comment, and the thread created of it, but an aggressive/hostile opening is a sure-fire way to limit any potential engagement that could occur.
It’s been a long week with a lot of active conversation... typically we don’t respond to rumors, but this claim is based on false information and is targeting an individual.
Mark Lamia transitioned away from day-to-day operations several years ago after the release of Black Ops 3. Mark is currently our chairman and provides advice/mentorship to studio leadership. He’s always been a great leader, and the team has loved working with him. Given the personal nature of the claims, it needs to be made clear that he’s not directing any game development or content plans, and these claims are, again, simply false.
Many team members have been working on Black Ops 4 and are committed to delivering great gaming experiences every day across Treyarch, Activision, and partner studios. No single person is solely responsible for decisions around design of the game – it’s always a team effort. It’s not only hurtful and unfair to target individuals based on misunderstandings about their roles on the...

4HP and a dream...
Will forward to our team for investigation.
Capture video? lmao. We have to cut video and all that stuff by ourself and they not playing like they showing off they aimbot or wallhack for us can see, all of them pretend to be legit players, lmao. Why can't you guys just take a few looks at all the reports that have been sent over the last few months? PC players been reporting all these morons for months now...
Looks like you wanted to respond to me, but didn't respond directly. In-game reports are investigated. If someone would like to escalate a report to me, as the title of this thread suggests, then sending video is a sure-fire way to escalate...
On PC they are not proactively banning cheaters like in Overwatch. I have to record and report manually to hope to get a player banned. It has worked but it's a process and a pain in the ass.
We are proactively addressing the issue and, as I shared yesterday, requests for a faster turnaround is a fair criticism. Reports require investigation and investigation requires time
Reports sent to me which include blatant policy violation result in active enforcement. The only time a report from the community to me doesn't make it is if Reddit's tagging system doesn't drop a proper notification. I also do lurk on the sub to monitor when possible as you can see here.

Here's our Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 Security & Enforcement Policy too.
Thanks for the tag. We'll line this up for investigation and enforcement.
Great shot placement and a delicious collat. Great job!
Thanks again -- I remembered to tag this account this time!
I am sure you can't provide details of specific enforcement activities but I was wondering if there's any information you can relay to the community, generally, about what types of punitive actions are taken for cheaters.
Such as: do they have their game account suspended or merely reset? If reset, is there a "3 strike" rule or something like that for repeat offenders? Do they lose all their camos and black market rewards? Are you able to detect "alt accounts" and ban those as well or are they free to continue with each new purchase of the game?
If you can't reveal anything about the process I understand, but I have seen comments, on this post and in the past, where the community assumes there is no action taken or it's a waste of time. I don't believe this to be the case but it would be nice to have some official confirmation.
Either way, thanks for confirming you've relayed this out.
We detail enforcement policy here. We don't openly detail investigation processes as policy.
What annoys me even more than the fucking hackers is that Treyarch absolutely does nothing about it and takes the pleasure of others in the game
We actively enforce via in-game reports, public reports (like this and others), and efforts on our side to detect/ban automatically. It's the proverbial cat/mouse that you would come to expect it to be.
We also typically don't share this, but I was just informed that this account has already received enforcement which is great. Reddit's tag system didn't place a notification from the OP in my inbox last night or I would have sent as quickly as possible.
Processing infraction reports much more quickly and transparency on this process is a fair criticism/request. We don't typically share information on investigations on policy (privacy concerns and all that) or current efforts/enforcement-style as this is, again, a state of cat/mouse.
Our enforcement teams (PC/Console) are great people and care about keeping the field as fair as possible just as you do. Feel free to tag me in situations you might find or suspect and I'll help lift it up to the top.
Sorry for along post!

Thank you for tagging me. This somehow didn't land in my inbox, but I'm sending this to enforcement right now.
Are you foxhound from sof2?
