Well lemme see, the error code is always the same, and it happens at random times. Quickly joined a match on Grind and got a headshot, game crashed. Got lit on fire from a molotov and a scorestreak was called in at the same time from a ally, crashed. I can't quite figure out how to replicate it.

Can you check your install folder when you have a chance and see if you have any crash reports still? If so, please send them to [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]). This is an email that I check often and can direct those reports to our team for review.

Can I please have clarification on the update times, u/FoxHoundFPS?

I’m in Hawaii, I’ve always seemingly received updates at 8am, however, no one here seems to believe my point of view or understand the different time zones.

Game Settings updates typically happen at 10am/PST but can vary.

Major (title) updates often appear around 9am/PST on some platforms but ultimately vary by platform. We generally try to shoot for at or before 10am/PST.

I'm surprised you guys are still discussing this after 9 hours.

Why do we get updates after Xbox then? It’s fucking annoying having to wait to get bug fixes or the new map longer than everyone else

This is something we outlined some time ago. The delay is born of additional testing or the consolidation of multiple updates into one which can take longer. I understand the feedback regarding delays, however.

Multiple updates into a single update mean versioning is numerically off. Global updates are present.

This account transitioned during that time from a personal to a more studio centric platform with Treyarch doing more of the heavy lifting on Twitter and me doing more of the engagements on Reddit. It is still used for active listening and engagements when the time calls for it.

You can claim that we "don't care," but our patch notes, features over time, and my personal involvement, which isn't represented on this graph, indicate that we've made adjustments and changes for our PC community and actually do. We're continuing to listen and I'm actively engaging where I can. There's always room to improve and do better and we actively seek that out.

As a PC player, I feel so frustrated and disappointed. So much for the "Most supported CoD for PC ever".

The last joke, for me, is how long they took to freaking activate 2XP on PC. Apparently, it's something they had to "work on it" and couldn't even give an ETA. Like, what the fuck, it should be easy like pressing a button. If it's not, then there's something fucked up.

It's never as easy as "pressing a button." I know we and the community have referred to it as "flipping a switch," but this is a metaphor at best. Much to the tune that the community at large believe that game dev, in general, is "easy."

How's is this not as simple as switching on a "2x" switch?

It's actually never that simple. We're on track to release TU21 tomorrow and this impacted our ability to "flip the switch." I understand that we often refer to it as a switch being flipped, but it's just a metaphor.
