Hey folks,

the AHQ forum is still being used to collect feedback and report bugs to the Respawn developer team. Nothing changes in that regard.
The EA Player Pulse initiative is something broader, where we want to collect feedback about all EA games and beyond. Like everything from how you would ideally want to contact EA for help, or what game mechanics frustrate you the most in video games, like unskippable cutscenes.
If you participate, give your opinions, feedback and fill out a survey, you can then earn rewards in the form of gift cards.
Ultimately, we want to give YOU all a better voice and listen to what YOU think is important.

Hi @my681j2l4vtb,

heirlooms are supposed to be something very special, and they really aren't that common.

But no worries, if you've played for a long time and still didn't get one it's just a matter of time because you will get a guaranteed heirloom with your 500th pack.

I would strongly advise you to keep reporting cheaters or any suspicious player you come across.

I can also assure you that we are working closely with Easy Anti Cheat and our own EA Security team to handle those reports and cheaters.

I've merged some of your posts in this thread.
Cheating is indeed a very important topic, and it's imperative that cheaters get stopped. In Apex Legends, we are directly partnered with Easy Anti Cheat.

I can assure you, that our teams are aware and are constantly working on new and better ways to prevent cheaters, as well as players gaining any unfair advantage from abusing bugs or exploits. There are constant ban waves, but for security reasons we don't talk about it often or give too much insight into our efforts. However, it's important to note that not every good player is a cheater, and there are many incredible Apex players.

EA in general is also stepping up their anti cheat efforts and is taking it very serious. Just last year, we launched our new kernel level EA Anti Cheat. It's currently being tested in FIFA 23 and more games will follow. That's not to say if it will get implemented in Apex Legends, but it might interest you regardless.
