Hi @MoleEliza99, a quick heads up, I've merged your thread in with this one. 

I don't think the Bug option will route this ticket to the right team. 🤔 The 'Report a bug' option helps you submit feedback on a bug or flag a potential bug to EA but it isn't an option you'd choose if you're looking for assistance with an issue like crashes or lost content, etc. I tested it and could see this message when I followed the options you've mentioned on the Help ticket:

Hi @Ztyledk, yeah the options aren't super specific for guild issues. 😅 I'd suggest going with "Promotions and events". This option should route you through to the right team who can assist with changing guild names. You will need to submit a help ticket from your SWGOH account though. If you're unsure of how to do this, this guide will walk you through that process.

Hi @Lugh_Abbadon, there hasn't been any changes to the best of my knowledge. What tier are you doing for credits heists? The highest tier gives a min of 1.5 mil, max of 10 mil.

The "Investigate your banned or suspended account" would normally be how EA players have bans looked into.

For SWGOH though, you are correct. You'd need to contact CG_Leviathan to investigate the ban. You can reach him here. if you click on "Message" just to the left of the profile image you will be able to start a conversation there.

Hi @Arhangel_of_sky, compensation is done at a studio level. There's been no announcements made on this but it's no harm to keep an eye on the Dev Announcements and News section for updates/communication.

Often support will direct you to Answers HQ as we have a dedicated Bug Report section here so the community can flag potential bugs. I've checked it out and there is an existing bug created on this issue that was reported over the weekend. EA_HighCommand has replied and escalated it as a bug for investigating. I'll link that thread here if you'd like to join it, click 'Me Too' to add yourself to the players experiencing this and to monitor the thread for further updates: "Grand Master Yoda takes up two slots in the GMY Training T3 Event".
If you're new to Answers HQ and unsure of how to subscribe to threads for updates for example, I'd advise giving this thread a once over. You'll be a pro at the forum in no time. 👍 ____________________________________________________________

Hi @DarthRedarc, if you've just made the purchase today, it might need to process the request first before it can undo/refund it. Could you allow 24hrs for that to happen and then retry the restore purchases option one more time as it might do the trick. If that doesn't work out, you'd need to send a help ticket from inside your game for the EA Help support team. This EA Help article will outline how to send that ticket.

Hi @jonnys95s10, I've merged your thread in here. Guilds can only be renamed if the guild leader contacts the support team and requests it. Can you link this EA Help article to your guild Leader? It will walk them through how to contact support and from there the advisor can assist.
