500 is currently the maximum level in-game. The previous max was 100, which was updated back at the beginning of December. It sounds like you're referring to the level that would be showing up on a tracking website, which we don't really have any control over I'm afraid.

Apologies for the late reply on this. I'm a bit confused. Are you saying that you lost in-game levels, or are you referring to the level you were seeing on a third-party level tracker?

Do you have login verification currently enabled on your account? I've seen some similar cases where this can happen when login verification is active. 

If you're comfortable with it you can try temporarily disabling login verification to see if you're able to log into the EA Account in Apex Legends. If it works, you can then reactivate login verification and you should be good to go. Just to be extra safe it might be a good idea to change the EA Account password before disabling login verification, if you decide to give that a try. You can find more information on how to reset the password on the EA Help website. The login verification on the account can be disabled through the EA Account Security Settings.

If you do give this a try please let me know how it goes. If you are able to log in don't forget to reenable the login verification on the account. The EA Help site has more details on how to activate it. Thank you!

I'm sorry to hear this is still giving you trouble. 


Have you been keeping an eye on your temperatures and hardware usage while Apex Legends is running? Have you noticed anything out of the ordinary there?

Have you tried rolling back to any earlier drivers to test and see if that makes a difference? I have seen some cases where using older drivers can help get around this type of error.

What happens if you start up your PC in a Clean Boot before you launch Apex Legends? If anything else running in the background is causing issues with the drivers that may help narrow it down.

Is it only happening when AnyDesk is running? If so, it sounds like it could be conflicting with Easy AntiCheat. There are some applications that can set off EAC if you have them running while you're trying to launch Apex Legends.
