Hi, the coins were added for the PC version of the account, and if you start to play the game on this account on PC they should be there when you first log in.
Unfortunately coins aren't shared between accounts, such purchases would need to be made on the appropriate platform..
@ksson85 I can see the Bangalore and Wattson skins on your account on my end, can you check your Rare quality skins again?

@Sacrarium @Q8Motto can you check your rare-tier skins? There has been some confusion about the skin as it's not classed as Legendary or Epic.
Can you try disabling it as a test and see if you can play a match? Testing with a Clean Boot is a good idea too.

Hi, BP progress is a little different this season.
If you check your challenges, there'll be one to earn a BP level by earning Stars and/or Match XP. This will be the main way to grind for XP when you're not doing challenges, I think of it as the BP XP bar.
Stars earned from completing challenges will also add to this bar, and of course you can just earn BP levels outright with certain weeklies..There's more of a breakdown here: https://www.ea.com/en-gb/games/apex-legends/news/battle-pass-challenges-details
On to the reported issue, can you check this bar after a match, to see if your match XP is being added? If it's not, can you grab some screenshots of your match end screen and challenge bar with timestamps, before and after the match?

You can log into into https://help.ea.com/en/ via the Xbox/PS4 login options. Once you're logged in here you can go to Accounts > Order Management, and it'll try to transfer you to the main ea.com site, and on this page you should see the email address for the linked EA account.
You can log into Origin.com then go to your profile (in the bottom left) then Edit on EA.com (in the top right). On this page you can scroll down and see your linked accounts.
