I’m celebrating behind the scenes like everyone else! As a Star Wars fan, today and this week are as exciting for me as they are for all of you. Huge shoutout to the team for all the awesome work and to all of you for being such an amazing community!

It's been absolutely brilliant to be your community manager for this past year or so. I couldn't have done half the stuff I did without Ben's support, though, so thank you to him most of all. I'll miss chatting with the Battlefront and Fallen Order teams every day, but there's a galaxy of adventures out there waiting for me. Who knows? Maybe we'll see each other again one day. Until then, it's been a blast!
Anthem, out of all things? Surprising they aren't pulling the plug on it.

The objectives, like past community events, will be completed as a community. We'll share the specific numbers needed to be reached with each event post (since putting them all on the CC would be super messy and hard to read).
This issue is being investigated by both the Battlefront team and the Origin team. We'll keep you posted on updates.

Unlike the comments by the other guy (who seems to have deleted them), I’m wondering how you are able to do other sales them. Because for example I bought BF2 on sale. Would that exploit have been available for that too?
The sale for FO that we’re referencing is exclusive to owners of Battlefront II (though it seems like many may not realise that). The system provides you with a discount link within the Battlefront-Origin client. On Xbox and PS, this link is inaccessible, but it can unfortunately be found and exploited on PC.
This sort of sale (a loyalty sale, if you will) is different than a system-wide sale that affects all users or a demographic of users (such as in a certain region), the 10% of for EA/Origin Access subscribers, or the free game for OA Premier subscribers.
Maybe you shouldn’t host a sale on a platform if you don’t have the infrastructure it actually host it on other platforms? Idk just a thought
We’d rather give a discount to as many of our players who already support us as possible. It sucks that it can’t be on every platform this time around, but it is what it is. I believe the discount was already live by the time we discovered the flaw.
Some of my recent pics have been similar with the BF2 logo but no EA, DICE, etc... logos. Are those still good to go or prefer without the BF2 logo?

So, I give you an honest answer and your response is that I’m either lying or an insult? I know it’s cool to be edgy on the internet, but save that for somewhere else.
You know what’s unfair? Offering a 10% discount for Fallen Order on consoles and not pc.
And by this logic why work on fixing Aim Drift? Only part of the community is affected so it doesn’t matter I guess.
Edit: downvotes? How would you like it if pc and Xbox got a 10% sale for Fallen Order but ps4 didn’t? How would you feel if they decided not to work on aim drift since it only affects Xbox?
We want to, but we discovered an exploit on PC for it. It won’t be resolved by the time of release, though.
