I just witnessed the invisible car bug for the first time on the PS4 Pro. The guy was using the McClaren. His nameplate was stuck on the goal line when the march started. It was an interesting 2 minutes seeing the ball get hit and air dribbled by a ghost. He appeared after we scored the first goal.

Just to be sure, have you tried power cycling your PS4 Pro in order to make sure that you're on the latest update?
This isn't new. Shots and saves never worked in hoops. u/dirkened pls fix already?
They have been improved in semi recent updates, but it's definitely not a perfect system.
It's still a work in progress, but we can't guarantee when more improvements will come.
What do you need to do for a shot/save to register? I don't think I've ever seen either in hoops to this day.
Generally you have to have one in order to have the other.
So for there to be a save, a shot has to be recognized first.
I believe that shots are recognized as balls going into the net, but I don't know all of the details. However, we are aware that there can be some trouble recognizing saves when the ball goes low enough into the goal.
There's never a shot registered though. Score as many goals as you like, you have zero shots.
You're right. We believe that this is a recently introduced bug as we had made some fixes prior that helped with shot and save recognition. We plan to fix it in an upcoming update; although, we don't have an ETA for that just yet.

Players are not able to export replays from consoles so you would need to analyze his replay on his console or if he's on PC, you can analyze it from your PC.
