We are working closely with our partners to identify the actual cause behind these reports and provide support to those affected. Player safety and security will and has always been a top priority for our team.
While we will continue to monitor the situation internally, we are also taking every measure to ensure that this does not further impact any of our players.
The team is deeply invested in fixing this issue, and your help would be greatly appreciated in furthering our investigation. We are looking into every corner to ensure that our network packets are safe & secure, but thus far, we have not turned up any strong leads.
If you have information on how this is being achieved, we would love to hear from you! In the meantime, we encourage everyone to continue following best practices for online safety while we dig deeper into the issue.
